Political analyst Ralph Mathekga says political figures need to be discouraged from challenging court decisions "in the streets" if they are not happy about them.

Mathekga was reacting to a tweet by Gauteng Education MEC Panyaza Lesufi: "We don't mind to respect the law but when the law is meaningless it will be challenged. We can't surrender our hard fought freedom to racists and @Afriforum. NPA please do the honourable thing and appeal this nonsense."
