Beleaguered Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane, in her latest battle to halt Parliament's impeachment process, appears to be eyeing a legal win on procedural rather than substantial grounds.
In an affidavit accompanying her rescission application, Mkhwebane said the Constitutional Court made six "patent errors and/or ambiguity" when it ruled against her.
Furthermore, Mkhwebane added the Constitutional Court asked the "wrong question" - and then told the highest court in the country what the "correct question in constitutional law" was.
