Criminal prosecutions against government officials facing corruption charges linked to dodgy Covid-19 personal protective equipment (PPE) tenders are moving at a snail's pace.

According to Justice and Correctional Services Minister Ronald Lamola, the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) was yet to finalise criminal prosecutions against the involved officials.

Therefore, no convictions in "this regard" have yet been attained, Lamola said.
