The struggling Road Accident Fund (RAF) is on the brink of financial collapse, but Transport Minister Fikile Mbalula says he has no idea when outstanding claims will be settled.

As of 9 October, the total number of claims lodged against the RAF, which have been awaiting settlement for more than 10 years, is 6 933.
