An Eastern Cape health worker died from a mysterious brain bleed several days after allegedly being injected with the Johnson & Johnson vaccine. 

The 61-year-old cleaner at Dora Nginza Hospital, Nomathamsanqa Mirriam Msutwana, died in the Netcare Greenacres Hospital in Gqeberha on 14 May. 

She was admitted to the hospital on 8 April, according to a police report of the incident.
