While some Western Cape municipalities are set for urgent talks on Friday to challenge Eskom's 18.65% tariff increase set for April, at least one has already raised a formal objection.

This comes as the Western Cape government threatened to pursue an intergovernmental dispute and the DA set in motion a court application to stop the tariff increase.
