The long-awaited trial of the three men accused of murdering criminal defence lawyer Pete Mihalik was stalled in the Western Cape High Court on Tuesday.
National Prosecuting Authority spokesperson Eric Ntabazalila said a lawyer for one of the men was not immediately available due to a clash of trial dates, but would be available on Thursday.
Sizwe Biyela, Nkosinathi Khumalo and Vuyile Maliti face one count of murder, two counts of attempted murder, illegal possession of a firearm and illegal possession of ammunition.
