Relatives of Fatima Callaghan, who was allegedly abused and ill-treated at an old age home in Mayfair West, Johannesburg, says they are disheartened by the lack of urgency by law enforcement agencies to deal with the matter.

The family has also accused Gauteng police of not giving them updates on their investigation into the case.
