Government’s intervention in the North West to be relaxed, NCOP hears

Although challenges in the North West remain, sufficient progress has been made for the national government to consider scaling back its intervention in the province.

Community and labour stability have been restored and maintained, and key service delivery departments have been put on stable footing with improving performances.
