Several eyebrows were raised across the political spectrum on Monday for the show of support ANC KwaZulu-Natal chairperson Sihle Zikalala and provincial secretary Mdumiseni Ntuli had for corruption-accused former president Jacob Zuma.

After Zuma's appearance in the KwaZulu-Natal High Court in Pietermaritzburg, Zikalala and Ntuli were booed.

Provincial DA leader Francoise Rodgers questioned Zikalala's support for Zuma. The opposition party said it was evident that Zikalala cared less about wiping out corruption in KZN.
