The IFP is not ruling out another coalition partnership with the DA in Johannesburg come the 2021 local government elections, party president Velenkosini Hlabisa said.

Hlabisa made the comment while speaking to the media on the sidelines of the IFP in Gauteng's strategic workshop for next year's elections.

The IFP's coalition with the DA in the City of Johannesburg fell apart when the IFP stripped an unsuspecting DA of its governing position in December 2019.
