It's far too late for lobby group AfriForum to challenge a parliamentary report on the expropriation of land without compensation.

That's according to Mathole Motshekga, chairperson of Parliament's Constitutional Review Committee (CRC), who argued that AfriForum's application to the Western Cape High Court to declare the adoption of a report on the possible review of Section 25 of the Constitution was constitutionally invalid.
