Suspended ANC secretary-general Ace Magashule's case against the ANC is set to be heard by three judges in the Johannesburg High Court in just over three weeks' time.

Judges Jody Kollapen, Sharise Weiner and Edwin Molahleli are set to hear the case, according to a letter from Deputy Judge President Roland Sutherland.

In the letter, Judge Sutherland confirms the matter has been set down for 24 and 25 June.
