- He was arrested by police, but released because he appeared to have mental health issues.

A man was arrested after a vehicle was set alight at a house in Gonubie, north of East London, on Monday night.
Brett Harvey, from security company Red Alert, said they were asked by the local community to investigate an incident on 16th Avenue at about 18:20.
Two of their vehicles responded and it was discovered that an explosive device had been thrown into the yard.
There appeared to be no injuries and the scene was handed over to the police.
Police spokesperson Captain Khaya Tonjeni said a vehicle had caught alight, but did not elaborate any further.
"A 39-year-old was taken in for questioning and, upon interviewing [the] suspect, he appeared to be mentally disturbed and was released," said Tonjeni.
The Daily Dispatch reported that a man was arrested at a house in the area on Tuesday.
