Nelson Mandela's granddaughter, Ndileka Mandela, says she is "gutted" by the sudden death of her aunt, Zindzi Mandela, a day before the anniversary of the death of her own father, Thembekile Mandela.

Thembekile, Nelson Mandela's eldest son, died in a car accident on 13 July 1969.
