Pretoria - The Hawks have launched a manhunt for a third suspect in connection with the R17m theft in foreign currencies at the State Security Agency.

Two other people have already appeared in court in connection with the crime. Hawks spokesperson Brigadier Hangwani Mulaudzi said police were offering a reward for information that would lead to the arrest of the man.

"Members of the public are urged to inform the police about his whereabouts and to not attempt to apprehend him as he is believed to be dangerous. A substantial reward will be offered to anyone who will tip off the police about the whereabouts of this most wanted man," said Mulaudzi.
