As the matric class of 2021 anxiously await their final results, experts in the education field have warned that the pass rate might decline.

Experts say poor attendance in Grade 11 due to the Covid-19 pandemic, rotational classes and anxiety related to the pandemic are some of the factors that are likely to affect the pass rate.
