Meghan Cremer murder accused Jeremy Sias was allowed to see his grieving family on Wednesday, over a week after his cousin was killed in a brutal dog attack in Philippi.

Judge Elizabeth Baartman ordered that Sias be given an opportunity to sympathise with his loved ones after his advocate, Bashier Sibda, lamented in the Western Cape High Court that his written appeal to Pollsmoor prison authorities to allow his client to attend the funeral was not delivered and phone calls went unanswered.
