Modack kept in solitary confinement, says lawyer

Murder-accused Nafiz Modack is complaining about being kept in solitary confinement for six months as imminent judgment in his bail application slips away due to more side-applications by his lawyers.  

One of his lawyers, Dirk Uys, said in the Blue Downs Regional Court on Friday that Modack hardly ever gets any exercise time either.
