The Electoral Commission of SA (IEC) has to decide whether it will implement recommendations from the former deputy chief justice, Dikgang Moseneke, to postpone the local government elections.

The IEC appointed Moseneke to prepare a report, in terms of Section 14(4) of the Electoral Commission Act.
