A far-reaching 'kickbacks for positions' scheme in the ANC was exposed, Health Minister Zweli Mkhize indicated that he wanted to restrict citizens' movement even after the state of disaster and EFF leader Julius Malema echoed ANC secretary general Ace Magashule's complaint about the Hawks' 'Hollywood style' of arrests, calling it undignified.
