The ANC government came under fire for being tone-deaf in its spending and allocation of funds. 

During a presidential imbizo held in Carolina, Mpumalanga, on Friday, aggrieved community members told President Cyril Ramaphosa and some of his Cabinet ministers that the government's spending left much to be desired.
