Tembisa Hospital CEO Dr Lekopane Mogaladi says he intends taking the Health Ombudsman's report into the death of Shonisani Lethole under review.

On Wednesday, Health Ombudsman Professor Malegapuru Makgoba said the Tembisa Provincial Tertiary Hospital (TPTH), where Lethole died after claiming he had been ill-treated and deprived of food, was "like a zoo of people supposed to look after patients".
