A 12-second clip in which a University of Cape Town lecturer said that Adolf Hitler "committed no crime" has resulted in a furore, including a complaint laid against him to the SA Human Rights Commission, an investigation by UCT and the Cape SA Jewish Board of Deputies slamming his comment as "deplorable".
