Party like there's no pandemic (or not): First 'normal' New Year's Eve since 2019

 It will be the first party without a pandemic, and although Covid-19 is still around, this year's New Year's Eve will be the first "normal" one since December 2019. 

The first countdown seemed to begin at the memorial service of Mampintsha Maphumulo where some in the congregation had an impromptu "Happy New Year" jazz hands moment as if to just move along to next year already after all the sadness and tension of the year.

His group, Big Nuz, will be playing in Durban to ring in the new year.
