ANC Gauteng secretary Jacob Khawe says the provincial integrity commission (PIC) needs help from people who understand the Constitution and other laws, such as the Public Finance Management Act, so that its reports can withstand scrutiny. 

The ANC Gauteng's provincial executive committee (PEC) poked holes in the PIC's report into presidential spokesperson Khusela Diko, Gauteng Health MEC Bandile Masuku and City of Johannesburg MMC Loyiso Masuku.
