One of the foremost minds in the fight against Covid-19 says he is not panicked about the variant of the virus detected in India, saying South Africa's variant was far more concerning.

Public health medicine specialist, epidemiologist and infectious diseases specialist Professor Salim Abdool Karim was not "overly concerned" despite growing public concern, and calls for a ban on all travel from India into SA.
