Seth Nthai, who was stripped of the advocate title by the Supreme Court of Appeal, has now approached the Constitutional Court seeking leave to appeal the entire appeal court judgment. 

In December last year, the SCA overturned Nthai's readmission to the Bar and also referred its judgment to the National Prosecuting Authority for it to consider possible criminal charges against Nthai.
