The battle over cadre deployment between the DA and ANC escalated on Monday.
The DA wants President Cyril Ramaphosa in the dock for perjury - while the ANC wants to see all the DA Western Cape and Federal Executive Council (FedEx) correspondence to its local caucuses on appointments.
Two weeks ago, the minutes of the ANC's deployment committee between May 2018 and May 2021 were released by the State Capture Commission after a long battle by the DA. The minutes of the period when state capture was at its peak and Ramaphosa was the chairperson of the deployment committee can't be found, according to the ANC.
