Forensic probe into corruption, fraud at SSA falters as law firm pulls out

It took one year for an agreement to be put in place for a forensic law firm to probe the cesspit of corruption, fraud and a litany of other crimes at the State Security Agency. 

But just as the probe by Sandton-based law firm Bowmans was confirmed, the company is said to have pulled out. 

News24 has reliably learnt that the company has opted to terminate its agreement to probe the raft of allegations facing the country's spy agency.
