The advocate chairing the Independent Media investigation into the so-called Tembisa 10 says what the company does with the report of his findings and recommendations is up to them.
However, when he spoke to News24 on Tuesday he remained mum on the details, which were expected to be released on Wednesday.
The publisher has touted the outcome of what it has called "several in-depth investigations" as "explosive revelations", which it plans to disclose at a press conference. The veracity of the story was questioned after several elements were disputed, including where such a potentially life-threatening procedure had taken place.
