UK fugitive Lee Tucker cut a frustrated figure as his extradition matter was once again postponed pending the outcome of a Constitutional Court application.  

Barely recognisable, with a long, dark ponytail, the helicopter pilot slumped on the counter of the audio-video remand room in Pollsmoor Prison when the magistrate asked how he was doing.
