Primedia Broadcasting could not give clarity at this stage on whether its radio personalities DJ Fresh and Euphonik will remain off air until an alleged sexual assault case against them is concluded.

"It is unclear at this stage as the timing of the SAPS investigation has not been confirmed, nor have we been notified of any progress or other formal proceedings," Primedia Broadcasting's acting Chief Executive Officer Geraint Crwys-Williams told News24 on Thursday.

"Therefore, we will continue to monitor the matter and respond accordingly, updating key stakeholders as appropriate and relevant," Crwys-Williams added.
