'We are very scared': South Africans hunker down in Ukraine with little hope of leaving

South African IT specialist Desigan Naidoo is ready to run with his family to the nearest bomb shelter in Ukraine as the Russian Federation's attacks on its neighbour continue, and there's no way to get out of the country.

Using his cellphone sparingly to keep it charged in case they have to run, he hunkers down with his family in their home in Kherson and, in brief bursts of texts, says there were explosions nearby all night and again on Friday morning.
