Western Cape says it is coming out of Covid-19 second wave

The Western Cape health department thinks the worst may be over for now for its surge in Covid-19 cases, as indications show it is coming out of the peak of the second wave. 

This is particularly along the Garden Route, but there are still concerns over the West Coast, however, that is expected to start declining within the next week. 

"The Western Cape has passed its second wave peak," said Premier Alan Winde.
