'Who said we needed white people to be our bodyguards?': EFF protest outside 'racist' Cape Town pub

EFF supporters gave Capetonian Chris Logan a round of applause during a protest outside Hank's Olde Irish pub on Tuesday after he was filmed questioning the conditional entrance policy of a black patron.

"The man is a fighter," said the EFF's Ntsikelelo Tyandela, adding that he must fetch an EFF joining form for Logan. 

"That man has the blood of the EFF. White people, please [do] what Christopher has done," he said outside the pub, which had closed for the day.
