Convicted wife killer Jason Rohde believes Western Cape High Court Judge Gayaat Salie-Hlophe has been so biased against him in the case of the murder of his wife, Susan, that she should recuse herself from his latest bail application.  

Rohde is applying for his bail to be extended while taking his case to the Constitutional Court.

However, he believed he did not stand a chance if Salie-Hlophe heard it because of her alleged bias against him.
