In granting bail to one of the men accused of murdering farm manager Brendin Horner, the Senekal Magistrate's Court found the State does not have a strong case against Sekola Matlaletsa.

Matlaletsa and his co-accused, Sekwetje Mahlamba, appeared in court on Thursday morning, where magistrate Deon van Rooyen handed down judgment in respect of their bail application.
