With only a few in the know, its anyone’s guess who will take over as the new education MEC in the Western Cape after Debbie Schäfer resigned. 

While DA insiders say it is possible Dan Plato or Bonginkosi Madikizela might find their way back into the inner circle of the province's cabinet, some say Winde might go for a complete reshuffle of his A-team.

Talk in the DA corridors is that departments might be reconfigured, to improve delivery to the people.
