A grieving Gauteng woman preparing to bury her mother was hit by another tragedy after gunmen killed her son.

Her son, Aluwani Mudau, 34, was among seven men gunned down in the Makause informal settlement in Germiston on Monday morning.

Mudau left his mother's shack at around 06:00 with a R20 note to buy white bread.
