On Tuesday, the national director of public prosecutions (NDPP), Shamila Batohi, and her team briefed the Select Committee on Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs (Cogta), Water, Sanitation and Human Settlements on Section 106 investigations into Free State municipalities.
