Fresh from announcing his resignation as a member of the DA and Gauteng legislature, Makashule Gana says he is planning to find a new political home.

He is expected to pursue talks with former newspaper editor Songezo Zibi, former DA parliamentary leader Lindiwe Mazibuko and former DA youth leader Mbali Ntuli, among others, to form a new political party to contest the 2024 general elections.
