Cape Town - You can now zip line through Dubai skies overlooking the inner city at 90m above the ground. This adds to the growing list of wondrous daredevil attractions around the Persian Gulf.
Once strapped in, with selfie stick in hand, you are hoisted into the sky, above city streets from a residential apartment. You ride is a speedy 40 second going 80km per hour - a nifty one for your bucket list.
The first person to try out the crazy adventure was Sheik Hamdan bin Mogammed, Crown Prince of Dubai, reports CNN.
The line runs 558m long and flies you across town to the roof of the Dubai Mall, another world boundary pusher, with 1 200 shops - it is one of the world’s largest shopping malls.
Be prepared to point you selfie stick towards the Burj Khalifa and get a shower when you cross the Dubai Mall Fountain, yet another World's largest in the category of choreographed fountain.
There is a fun twist to the adventure though...
Organisers, XDubai, choose 30 people every week from a social media competition, announced on Facebook, to participate in the invitation-only attraction.
