SA holidays in Insta-shots

Whether you're a lover of the limelight or prefer hiding behind the lens of a camera, holiday snaps are an integral part of all our lives.

Capturing special moments with loved ones while enjoying a break from all the humdrum of daily life and routine is a simple pleasure that we may not always appreciate at the time, but are without fail ever grateful for years down the line.

So, next time your well-meaning aunt tags you in a gazillion hideous beach photos on Facebook, chin up! Here's a little universal truth: Look at them in a few months' time and you'll think you actually looked pretty okay.

Now, as a tribute to the good old holiday photo album, we've collected a few cool snaps that popped up in our Instagram feed over the past month or so. Some are from influential travel bloggers, some from Instagram heroes, and some from the super cool everyday travellers, like you, on the ground.

If you have epic/sweet/funny/happy pics from the holidays, we'd love to see them! Share them with us by sending them to pics@traveller24.co.za or tag traveller24_sa on Instagram
