Cape Town - Following extensive court applications to the Competition Tribunal by Skywise against Airports Company South Africa, following its grounding at the beginning of December 2015 - the airline has finally announced a refund date for passengers who paid via EFT or cash for Skywise tickets.
These ticket holders can now apply for refunds between 26 march and 10 April.

Skywise said in a statement, "While credit card purchases on the service not delivered is being refunded from their respective banks, the EFT and cash passengers to whom the service was not delivered will be refunded between 26 March and 10 April 2016."
All passengers who paid by cash or EFT, "are advised to
send us a request for a form, fill it in and send it back to us on email@example.com or call 0861 911
All credit card passengers are advised to get their
refunds through the banks directly, the airline said.
