HEADLINES: Chabane, van Breda, DA & Malema in court

In today's news headlines:

- Reports suggest a mixture of speed and alcohol may have led to the crash in which Minister of Public Service and Administration, Collins Chabane, and his two bodyguards, died early yesterday morning.

- Marli and Henri van Breda, the survivors of the brutal axe attack that killed their parents and brother, are the main beneficiaries of an estate valued at R200m.

- The DA is expected in court today to challenge the legislation which allows for the arrest and removal of people who create a disturbance in the National Assembly.

- EFF leader Julius Malema is also due in court but this court appearance involves his unpaid tax bill.
