A large group of DA supporters gathered outside the Port Elizabeth City Hall for the DA's #SaveNMB rally on Wednesday, March 28.

Mayor Athol Trollip took to the podium and shed light on the discussions between the DA and the Patriotic Alliance (PA), admitting that the PA hasn't always agreed with the DA. But they disagreed in the way that parties should: by not throwing tantrums, he said.

He also shared his thoughts on the EFF and its leader, Julius Malema, saying that the only thing he had left was race.
