Cape Town law enforcement officials were out in full force on Thursday afternoon fining people walking and running on the Sea Point promenade.

News24 filmed two joggers who were visibly upset after being apprehended and fined for exercising during the lockdown.

A law enforcement official was heard asking a man to "keep quiet and work with us" or risk being locked up.

Other walkers were also fined.
