The state capture commission of inquiry is expected to continue hearing testimony related to the Free State asbestos and housing project on Tuesday.
Edwin Sodi, the director of Blackhead Consulting, will take the stand to give evidence on the asbestos project, while former Free State human settlements MEC Mosebenzi Zwane will continue his testimony on the R1 billion housing project.
A joint venture between Sodi's consultancy firm and the late Ignatius "Igo" Mpambani's Diamond Hill Trading 71 secured the R255 million project, known as the "asbestos auditing" contract, in 2014.
When Sodi appeared before the commission, he conceded that his company didn't have the required clearance.
On Monday, the head of the Free State Department of Human Settlements, Nthimotse Mokhesi, was in the hot seat.
