The State Capture Inquiry will resume at 14:00.

Chairperson of the commission of inquiry, Acting Chief Justice Raymond Zondo, will deliver a ruling on former prison's boss Arthur Fraser's application for leave to cross-examine certain witnesses.

In September, Zondo was given another three months to complete his State Capture Inquiry report, after the Gauteng High Court in Pretoria found that it would "disadvantage the whole country" if an extension wasn't granted.
